Which Bliss One ring is right for me?
Start with what you want help with. Spark adds a display for at-a-glance stats. Plus adds AI voice interaction and voice notes. Med is designed for older adults and caregivers, and Taha is a prayer-counting ring for daily dhikr. Compare all four side by side.
What sizes do the rings come in?
Med comes in sizes 7 to 13. Spark and Taha come in sizes 7 to 12. Not sure about your size? Email support@blissing.app and we’ll help you choose.
Do I need the Bliss One app?
The Bliss One app brings your ring insights together. Pulse activity and recovery trends and Nourish meal journals are planned as the BLISS ecosystem grows. Get the app.
Are the rings water resistant?
Spark, Med and Taha are rated IP68. Bliss One Plus is rated 5 ATM for everyday activities.
Is Bliss One Med a medical device?
No. Med is a wellness product for everyday health monitoring and insight. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Talk to your doctor about medical decisions.
How will Pulse fit into the BLISS ecosystem?
Pulse is a screen-free health band in development, designed to bring heart-rate, activity and sleep trends into BLISS alongside your ring insights. Final hardware specifications, pricing and availability will be announced before launch.
How will Nourish estimate food calories?
Nourish is being developed to recognize food from meal images captured by its pendant camera. AI will suggest food items and estimated calories and macronutrients. You review ingredients, correct portions and confirm what you ate before saving. Hidden ingredients and portion size affect estimates.
When will the new BLISS devices be available?
What will the Whisper smart ear cuff do?
Whisper is designed for user-initiated voice capture through a discreet microphone. Touch to start or stop a short memo, see a recording indicator, and review your ideas and personal check-ins in BLISS. It is a non-piercing ear cuff in development.
